At first your body will remove water, that’s why you lost weight fast, but, later your body will start burning fat. This is a much slower process, so you will lose weight slower, so do not stop. One interesting mistake, that any women makes, is believing that if she exercise, she cannot add weight! But, if you burn 700 calories today, and you enter 1000 calories, you don’t lose weight, you are increasing it!
